This weekend we went up to Lake Hartwell for a little family fun time. It was Griffin's first trip up there and Chad and I hadn't been in about 2 years, so it was great to get back there! The weather was perfect, the water was high and we could not have asked for a better weekend!

| The ride up left a little to be desired. Griffin "temper tantrum" Herring made an 1.5 hour ride seem MUCH longer. |

| But once we got there and saw how excited Griffin was to put on his life vest and play on the boat, it made it worth it. |

| I'm sure the wind blowing through his hair(s) felt good. |

| Griffin loved tubing with Dada! He really seemed to enjoy it and even liked going over the bumps. (Video at end of post.) |

| Griffin got to do a lot of driving this weekend. |

| We stopped at the outlet mall on the way home. It was a blessing and a curse that they had these little contraptions/rides every 5 stores or so. One of us would stay outside with G while the other went in and shopped. (Can you guess who did most of the shopping and who did most of the entertaining?) |
